Terms & Conditions for Enviable AI

Welcome to Enviable AI, a service provided by Slash Experience ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Enviable AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Enviable AI allows users to generate AI-created images based on their digital profiles, including but not limited to uploaded photos, text prompts, and other user-provided data ("User Content"). The generated images ("AI Outputs") are created using machine learning models trained on the User Content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use Enviable AI. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the required age, you may only use Enviable AI with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content to Enviable AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates our Content Policy.

4. AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the AI Outputs generated from your User Content. You may use these outputs for any legal purpose, including commercial use. However, please note:

• Similar or identical outputs may be generated by other users using similar inputs.
• We do not guarantee the uniqueness of any AI Output.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Outputs complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content Policy

You agree not to use Enviable AI to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Contains personal data of individuals without their consent.
• Is intended to deceive or mislead others.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activities.

6. Payments and Credits

Enviable AI may offer paid services, including the purchase of credits for generating AI Outputs. All payments are subject to our Payment Terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase. Credits may have an expiration date, which will be communicated to you upon purchase.

7. Data Retention

We retain User Content and AI Outputs for a period of 30 days from the date of creation, after which they may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your content within this timeframe.

8. Disclaimers

Enviable AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the AI Outputs for any purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slash Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Enviable AI.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slash Experience and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Enviable AI, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Enviable AI after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
